These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Jrozo. They describe Jrozo platform rules and are not a substitute for independent legal advice. By using protected marketplace actions on Jrozo, you agree to use the service honestly, follow Ghana law, respect other users, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the Listings, messages, offers, reviews, reports, Store information, photos, videos, and other content you submit. Jrozo may remove content, limit access, pause accounts, or take other safety steps when content or activity appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the marketplace. Public browsing is available without accepting these terms, but protected actions such as selling, contacting sellers, making offers, posting reviews, following Stores with alerts, reporting content, and starting payments may require acceptance of the current policy version. Jrozo may update, pause, or change features when needed for safety, reliability, legal compliance, or marketplace operations.
