Sellers are responsible for the items, prices, photos, videos, Store details, contact choices, and claims they publish on Jrozo.
Use accurate titles, categories, locations, conditions, prices, and images. Do not hide important defects, ownership issues, delivery limits, or restrictions.
Only list items you are allowed to sell. Follow Ghana law and any product-specific rules, permits, age limits, or safety requirements that apply.
Respond to buyers honestly and avoid pressure, spam, harassment, misleading payment requests, or attempts to move unsafe activity outside Jrozo.
If Jrozo asks you to correct a Listing before publication or after review, update the Listing through the approved seller flow and submit it again only when the information is accurate.
